Description

Diese Karte des Herzogtums Westfalen wurde von Johannes Janssonius (1588-1664) geschaffen. Der Kartograph war seit 1616 in Amsterdam tätig. Die Landkarte ist ein kolorierter Kupferstich und mit den Wappen der Territorien versehen. Rechts oben befindet sich eine Kartusche mit dem Titel, rechts unten die Legende und der Maßstab und links unten die Angaben zum Herausgeber und dem Ort (AMSTELODAMI Excudebat Ioannes Ianssonius).
