Geschnitztes Wappen von Nordrhein-Westfalen. Form eines Wappenschildes. Helles Holz. Oben ist der Rahmen mit Eichenlaub verziert, auf halber Höhe geht dieser Rahmen nach einer Trennraute in die Beschriftung "Nordhein-Westfalen" über, die sich unten auf der Rundung befindet. Innen als Symbol für das Wappen auf der linken Seite der wellenartige Flußverlauf des Rheins für das Rheinland, rechts das springende Westfalenross. Unten die lippische Rose.
