Description

Versteinerte Pflanzenteile in ockerfarbenen Bentheimer Sandstein. Zwei Fliederblättchen der Gattung "Glossozamites so." aus der Familie der "Bennetiteae" sowie ein Cordaiten-ähnliches Blatt der Gattung "Desmiophyllum".
Bentheimer Sandstein ist ein reiner und gleichkörniger Quarzsandstein, der vor rund 125 Millionen Jahren (Unterkreidestufe Valangin) als Meeresablagerung entstand.
