Description

Das in rotes Leder gebundene Buch ist an der Vorder- und Rückseite des Umschlags mit einer am Rand umlaufenden goldenen Verzierung, am Rücken mit goldenen waagrecht verlaufenden Strichen verziert. Es ist angeschrieben mit: "Neues Testament (holl.). Amsterdam 1818. Nachlass Frl. Nauta Gronau 1928."
Das neue Testament wurde 1818 in Amsterdam gedruckt und trägt den Titel: "Het nieuwe Testament ofte alle Boeken des Nieuwen Verbonts onses Heeren Jesu Christi. Uit de Grieksche Tale in onze Nederlandsche Tale getrouwelijk overgezet door van de Hoog Mog Heeren Staten Generaal der Vereenigde Nederlanden eb Volgens het Besluit an de Sinode Nationaal gehouden in de Jaaren 1618 en 169 te Dordrecht. by de Nederl. Bijbel Compagnie te Amsterdam en te Haarlem."
