Vordruck einer Mitgliedskarte für den "Heimatbund für den Kreis Lippstadt verbunden mit dem Verkehrs-Verein.", gedruckt von C. Jos. Laumanns, Lippstadt. Einblattdruck, Querformat, schwarz-grüne Umrandung.
Maschinenschriftlich ausgefertigt für das Vereinsjahr vom 1.1.43 bis 31.12.43, wobei sich die Mitgliedskarte durch Streichung im Titel auf den "Heimatbund Lippstadt" (ohne Verkehrsverein) bezieht.
