Auf dieser Postkarte wird das Wohnhaus Heerdestraße 12 als Rosenvilla bezeichnet. Sie wurde 1894 von Anton Ludorff, zunächst Prokurist und Kassierer, später stellvertretender Direktor des Westfälischen Bankvereins errichtet und ist bis heute als Baudenkmal unverändert erhalten.
