Foto, unbekannter Fotograf, Fotoabzug, datiert 1885.
Das Foto stammt aus dem Nachlass des Maurermeisters Johannes Rödiger, der auf der Rückseite den handschriftlichen Vermerk „Mein Meisterwerk“ hinzufügte. Das große Wohnhaus mit klassischer Fassadengestaltung wurde für den Kaufmann Christian Kerstiens errichtet. Die Nachkommen bewohnten das um 1888 fertiggestellte Haus bis zur Zerstörung im Zweiten Weltkrieg.
