Das Porträt ist in einen ovalen Rahmen mit Umschrift eingestellt, im Hintergrund des Rahmens Tische und Regale mit (aufgeschlagenen) Büchern, über dem Oval links Prudentia mit Spiegel und Schlange, rechts Justitia mit Schwert und Waage. Unter dem Porträt lateinische Inschrift mit Distichon von Jean Daniel Becker.
