Es handelt sich um eine Replik eines runden Siegels der Stadt Geseke von 1282. Abgebildet sind zwei Bischöfe in einer Architekturformen. Erkennbar ist außerdem die Umschrift: SIGILLVM UNIVERSORVM * O[...]RV[...]* IN GHESEKE
Auf der Rückseite befindet sich eine Ritzung, die vermutlich auf die Original-Urkunde verweist: Köln Domstift No 422 1282 Fulda. Das Siegel stammt aus der Zeit der gemeinschaftlichen Hoheit von Paderborn und Köln über Geseke.
