Der versilberte und vergoldete Andenkenlöffel hat eine kleine, ovale Laffe mit dem Feingehaltsstempel "800", einen ziselierten, spiralförmigen Stiel und ein ziseliertes Griffende mit dem Schriftzug "MONTREUX" und angefügter, emaillierter Flagge des Schweizer Kantons Waadt und dessen Wahlspruch "LIBERTE PATRIE" (Freiheit und Vaterland). Bis 1798 gehörte Waadt zu Bern und wurde dann zu einem unabhängigen Kanton.
