Zwei aus rotbraunem Tropenholz geschnitzte Holzspeere. Beide Speere haben eine große blattförmige Spitze mit Mittelgrat und gehen in einen runden Holzstab über. Einer der Speere ist am Schaft mit einem Schmuckelement verziert. Die Speere dienten möglicherweise als Jagdwaffen oder als Angriffswaffen bei Auseinandersetzungen. Im Verwaltungsbericht der Stadt Gronau aus dem Jahr 1910 werden "ein Paar Ruder aus Kamerun" erwähnt. Wie die Holzspeere in die Museumssammlung gelangten, ist nicht bekannt.
