Hochrechteckiger, schlicht behauener Grabstein aus Sandstein. Die Vorderseite zeigt lediglich den Namen "Anna Reuter", der in dem mittigen Feld einer herausgearbeiteten Kartusche eingemeißelt ist. Die untere Kante ist abgesetzt. Ein zweiter ähnlicher Grabstein mit der Inschrift "Hermann Frierichs" befindet sich in der Museumssammlung.
