Es handelt sich um eine Anerkennungsurkunde des St.-Hedwigs-Werks der Erzdiözese Paderborn. Ausgestellt wurde sie am 10. Mai 1965 für Josef Fogger vom St.Hedwigskreis Geseke. Er erhielt das Goldene St.-Hedwigs-Abzeichen.
