Aus einem Holzbrett gefertigter Wäscheklopfer. Die flache, länglich ovale Vorderseite geht in einen runden Stiel über. Der Handgriff hat ein gebohrtes Loch. Zur Reinigung besonders verschmutzter Stellen wurde die Wäsche weich geklopft. Meist kam der Wäscheklopfer bei schweren Leinentüchern zum Einsatz. In diesem Fall wurde er in der Wäscherei der Warsteiner Anstalt verwendet. [SB]
