Papierbogen mit drei Zulagekarten für Schwerarbeiter. Gedruckt in schwarz auf Hintergrund aus dunkelrotem Muster mit Aneinanderreihungen der Zahl "519". Je 28 Lebensmittelmarken sowie Feld zum Eintragen von Name und Anschrift. Gültig für Juni 1948. Stempel "Unna". Nummeriert mit der aufgestempelten "Nr. 13075".
