Luise Rosendorf (1821-1890)

Die Verleger Velhagen und Klasing ließen das Praktische Kochbuch nach Henriette Davidis’ Tod weiter fortlaufend aktualisieren und überarbeiten. Die 25. bis 31. Auflage (1882–1891) erarbeitete Luise Rosendorf (1821–1890), die 1874 unter dem Namen Henriette Sander selbst ein Kochbuch veröffentlicht hatte.
